Training the Next Generation of Gospel Leaders and Workers

Our vision

We endeavor to fulfill Paul’s instruction in Ephesians chapter four to “Equip the saints for the work of the ministry.” Rehoboth does this by setting up and facilitating three-month residential training centers in Uganda (and elsewhere as the Lord opens the doors).

Rehoboth Training Centers are staffed with trained ministries representing the five-fold ministries—also found in Ephesians 4: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers.

We are non-denominational. Our strategy is to ask regional pastors to send their potential leaders to our training for three months. We help them discover and use their spiritual gifts and callings,. Our students are trained in theology, ethics, ministry tools, evangelism, prayer, spiritual warfare, worship, and how to receive and use the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Once trained, we send them back to their home churches for use in the ministry in their home areas.

We have seen this methodology to be extremely successful in evangelism and discipleship on the local level.
