Rehoboth Ministry is a non-denominational organization dedicated to equipping the next generation of church leaders and workers through the transformative power of hands-on discipleship. Grounded in Biblical principles, our mission is to prepare individuals to effectively serve their local churches and communities with unwavering faith and a deep understanding of their calling.

Our Vision

Our Training Program
Through our unique three-month intensive internship program, aspiring leaders are immersed in a dynamic learning experience designed to deepen their theological knowledge and spiritual disciplines. Referred to us by their pastors, interns live and learn in a close-knit community at one of our Rehoboth facilities.

Our curriculum emphasizes:

• Theology and Biblical Studies: Building a strong foundation in Scripture.
  

• Prayer and Spiritual Warfare: Equipping leaders to intercede effectively and overcome spiritual challenges.
  

• Evangelism: Empowering individuals to share the Gospel with boldness and compassion.
  

• Ministry Gifts and Functions: Identifying and developing each intern's unique spiritual gifts under the guidance of seasoned five-fold ministry leaders.

  After completing their training, our interns return to their home churches equipped to serve as valuable partners in ministry. Their pastors benefit from a dedicated, well-prepared leader who is ready to assist in various church functions, whether teaching, outreach, or administration. Together, they strengthen the local church and expand the reach of the Gospel.
